Hello, 

I'm Precious, the founder and Managing Director of Precious Sourced Properties.

I started Precious Sourced out of the need to help tired landlords find solutions to their investment properties and to help busy investors find lucrative property deals that simplify property investing and help make their money work for them.  I've spent 8 years as a Financial Crime Compliance Consultant and have because of this, developed a keen eye for due diligence.

Our number one priority as a company is helping people, whether it be landlords who are struggling to sell or investors who don't have the time or ease of location, we ensure that the business of getting a good deal is seamless.

Combining my passion for helping people and experience in due diligence, I first got into property in 2018, taking on an apartment in Chester on a corporate let and turning it into serviced accommodation for key workers, which lead to further apartments being obtained in Manchester. 

​

Having operated a Serviced Accommodation business I decided to invest in my property education. December 2023 I obtained certification on multiple property investment strategies and decided I could use this education to benefit my network. Having this in mind I started Precious Sourced Properties Ltd and am now able to help those I intended to.
