The process

We source properties mainly in the north of England, all of which must meet our strict criteria before we consider passing them on to investors.

We have great relationships with estate agents in the North West regions of England and as a direct result of this we often get informed of great property deals with motivated sellers. 

​

We conduct due diligence on each property, the area and the potential ROI to ensure that the property meets our strict criteria predominantly offering returns in excess of 20%.

Once due diligence has been conducted on the property: 

​

  • You receive an email with details

  • If you like the look of the deal, you get in touch 

  • We have a phone or skype call to run you through the property details, ROI Figures, Pictures etc.

  • If you want to proceed we will send over Terms of sale and an invoice for the premium to take the property off the market if it is an on market property.

  • Once we received the signed terms of sale and holding fee we then arrange a skype call to disclose full property details

  • We then instruct the selling agents/vendor who the buyer is via email

  • The property is reserved for you

  • The purchase process goes through as a normal sale

  • We then take a step back and let you deal directly with the agent/vendor
